Kitchen Remodel
Remodeled kitchen including creating framing opening to dining room, removing upper cabinets, installing shiplap stove hood vent, making and installing countertops, new drop-in sink and painting cabinets.
Pantry Remodel
Moved existing laundry room to another location in the home. Made cabinets and countertops, hung shelving, installed ladder, painted cabinets.
Ceiling Repair and Paint
Cut out and replaced drywall on ceiling where water damage occurred. Finished drywall and painted ceiling.

Removed toilet, pedestal sink and old vinyl flooring. Installed backer board and tile. Grouted tile. Reset toilet and pedestal sink.

Repaired water damaged subfloor. Installed new LVP flooring. Installed toilet.

Removed old tile shower walls. Installed backer board, niche, tiled and grouted shower. Installed shower hardware.
Kitchen LVP Floor
Removed old torn vinyl flooring. Installed LVP.
Deck Clean and Seal
Cleaned deck, pressure washing and mildew and debris. Applied deck sealer.
Deck Build
Removed old decayed deck. Installed new deck, handrails and stairs.
House Repair and Paint
Repaired rotten siding and trim on home. Full exterior house paint.
Deck Rehab
Replaced 3 rotten porch posts. Installed railings. Pressure washed cleaning deck and handrails. Applied deck sealer to decking and painted posts and handrails.
Porch Rehab
Removed old damaged porch steps and landing. Framed new porch stairs. Installed Trex decking and handrails.
Shed Build
Built 16x10 shed with side overhang.
